Profile :
Regulatory aspects are the key domain knowledge managed by the role. The management of this domain requires know-how on a mix of legal, technical, financial, commercial, operational, competitive ... aspects, applied in problem-solving context.
University Master in law, business administration/economics, engineering – and preferably a combination of these -> ability to develop & acquire competencies in the 3 domains is required ensure that interrelationships between domains are integrated in the problem solving & decision making.
Specific training & experience:
Active listening, assertive (+ empathic) and convincing written and spoken communication skills
Able to build good working relationships, internally as well externally (regulators, sector platforms) Ability to identify, propose and defend common creative & innovative positions (even with/between competitors)
