+ In this role you will lead the security governance function for Orange Belgium defining and sustaining the security policy framework ensuring ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 compliance + You will be accountable for resilience strategy and crisis management partnering with IT/Tech to implement BC/DR plans + Your responsibilities: Security governance framework development Security governance Compliance regulatory program management Compliance regulatory BCMS Crisis Management leadership Crisis Management leadership Risk management resilience analytics Risk management resilience analytics Security awareness culture
  • Acountable for rising security awareness culture across organisation
Audit assurance continuous improvement
  • Acountable coordinating internal external audits tracking non-conformities closing corrective actions
+ Your profile: Master degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science Information Security engineering or related field Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Telco security/governance with leadership exposure team management Track record in ISO 27001 BCMS programs exposure to regulatory regimes GDPR NIS2 DORA Desirable certifications CISSP CISM CISA Industry experience telecom similarly regulated large enterprise is strongly preferred Ability explain complex technical concepts diverse audiences including business executive leadership excellent written verbal communication Leadership stakeholder managment skills Fluent English French Dutch+ A positive security advice from National Security Authority is required this role HR team will support process after contract signature
