Job Description:


About the role
Working as part of the Ten Rep team you will be delivering customised consulting services.

You will be supporting our Clients in the definition of the best real estate strategy, helping them lease the right space in the right location.

Evaluating the risks and opportunities of each solution and accompanying them until the signing of the contract.

Your main responsibilities will include

  • Assisting the client in the deployment of their real estate strategy: location strategy, 'stay or leave' decisionmaking, lease renewal or regear negotiation, disposal, acquisitions and sale, etc.
  • Providing bespoke and integrated client solutions by developing value and datadriven proposals
  • Transactional advice backed by expert market intelligence and research

Qualifications:

  • A relevant university degree and +5 years professional experience
  • Proven experience and success in commercial Real Estate;
  • You can demonstrate following skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Good listening and communications skills
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
