Position:
Assistant Training

Reports to:
Senior Team Leader Training

Objectives:
Provide administrative support within the training group.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to leaders within DS Operations in creating, maintaining, and registering training plans, trainings, and monitoring them.
Provide administrative support to leaders within DS Operations by monitoring the status of documents within the Quality System framework.
Conduct and register introductory trainings.
Guide new employees.
Actively use Learning Management System and Documentation Management System.
Coordinate and plan internal trainings by SMEs, annual training day.

Profile:

You have a high school diploma.
You have experience in an administrative role.
Experience in a production environment is a significant advantage.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, and Access are advantageous.
You have a good command of Dutch. Knowledge of French and/or English is an advantage.
You have attention to detail and work accurately.
You are organized and structured in your approach.
You are a team player with strong communication skills.
