    Description:

    The company's growth, both in Belgium and internationally, has led to the need for someone to manage client relationships and drive various projects for their expansion in countries like Germany, France, The Netherlands, etc., from their Brussels office.

    In summary:

    • You will be the primary point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries, enhancing satisfaction, and serving as a brand representative to potential and existing clients in both BtoC and BtoB segments.
    • You will collaborate with your team to boost activities focusing on brand image, customer journey, and overall brand experience.
    • You will closely engage with all departments (Marketing, Logistics, etc.), ensuring crucial information is shared internally to shape the growth strategy effectively.

    Profile:

    • You are fluent in either Dutch, French, or German, accompanied by an excellent command of English.
    • You have recently graduated in a relevant field such as Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Sales, etc.
    • More importantly, you are a quick learner, a team player, ambitious, and enjoy interacting with people. You are eager to work, innovate, and contribute to a company's growth.
