• Development, planning and implementation of training programmes for partners, customers and internal staff, specifically geared to our products and technologies
• Designing training materials and methods, including elearning platforms and classroom training, to provide an indepth understanding of our products
• Ensuring the continuous development of training content in line with the changing requirements of the company and the market
• Management of a team of trainers and technical training specialists
• Liaise with various departments including product development, sales and marketing to identify and address training needs
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of training programmes and implementation of improvement measures
• Carrying out technical training courses
• Location: Aachen (Germany)

• Degree in computer science, engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the development and implementation of technical training programmes, ideally in a technologyoriented company
• Experience in managing teams and projects in the field of technical training
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Analytical thinking and strategic planning skills
• High customer orientation and ability to work in a team
