We redefine what an earplug should sound, look and feel like. Whether it's hearing protection or comfort for your ears, Loop enables you to live life at your volume. Our founders Maarten and Dimitri started Loop back with a big idea. And a chronic ringing in their ears.

Since then, we've helped more than 3,500,000 customers around the world to find quiet, enjoy great experiences and keep unwanted noise at bay.

In 2023 we grew from almost 100 Loopers to over 250 people.

And that's a number we would have to keep updating every month, as we are planning to double the team once again, this year.

Our headquarters are based in Antwerp, but with hubs in Amsterdam, Shanghai, and New York, we're dotted all over the globe.

Not to brag about it, but we've recently won the EY Scale up of the year award, the Deloitte Fast50 award (for the second year in a row) and a couple of other amazing (international) prices.

The New York Times named us 'best earplugs for concerts' and thousands of noise-sensitive customers call us a 'life changer'.

About the role?
As the supply planner, you play a crucial role in sustaining our rapid growth while staying nimble. Your role is to ensure suppliers meet demand, enabling uninterrupted expansion. By navigating production forecasts and fostering solid relationships, you'll contribute to a streamlined and lean supply chain. It's about practicality, precision, and making sure every earplug we deliver reflects the efficient rhythm you've set in motion.

The supply planner is like the team's superhero in this situation.

They make sure we don't get stuck or slow down as we deal with more and more orders of increasing complexity.

By figuring out how much we need to make, keeping good relationships with our suppliers, and making everything work smoothly, the supply planner is like the secret ingredient that helps us overcome these challenges.

About the operations team:

Meet the vibrant and dynamic crew at Loop Earplugs Our operations team is a force to be reckoned with, consisting of 15 (and counting) go-getters, each bringing their unique flair to the table.

We're the backbone of our company, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently for our customers, fellow Loopers and external partners.

We're split into five supercharged subteams:

Sourcing &

Industrialisation Team:

These folks are the maestros of making things happen They're the puppet masters behind the scenes, orchestrating the manufacturing of our awesome products and securing the best deals in town.

Supply Chain Squad: Think of them as the conductors of a symphony. They harmonize the entire sales & operations planning process to keep our operations in perfect rhythm.
Logistics &

Warehouse Wizards:

With a dash of magic, a sprinkle of logistics fairy dust and lots of talent and skill, this team ensures our products reach our customers in a flash.

They're the real-life superheroes making sure our deliveries are on point

Quality Crusaders: These champions are all about ensuring topnotch quality. They handle everything from quality assurance to quality control and make sure our products are certified perfection.
Project Management Pros: When it comes to major projects that span across departments, these folks are the captains of the ship. They navigate through challenges and steer us towards success on those grand adventures.

What you'll do:

Production Forecasting and Capacity Planning:

Collaborate with internal teams to gather information on expected sales, demand patterns, product evolutions and inventory positions
Develop clear and accurate production forecasts, taking into consideration the production capacity of suppliers.

Purchase Order Management:

Create, manage, and track purchase orders to secure a timely and consistent supply of products.
Regularly follow up with suppliers to ensure ontime delivery and address any potential issues.

Supplier Performance Evaluation:

Establish frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the performance of suppliers.
Conduct regular assessments to measure supplier reliability, quality, and adherence to contractual agreements.

Risk Management:

Identify and assess potential risks in the supply chain, especially those related to suppliers.
Develop contingency plans to address supplierrelated risks and ensure business continuity.
