Serve as the primary point of contact for users via phone chat email and self-service portal for IT-related issues service requests Log document incidents service requests resolutions accurately in the IT Service Management tool Ensure timely resolution of user issues within defined service-level agreements ticket lifecycles Coordinate with internal teams resolver groups facilitate issue resolution when necessary Maintain high level of customer service professionalism all interactions Work independently collaboratively team environment Handle multiple tasks priorities efficiently minimal supervision Adhere to company client policies procedures quality standards Support comply Key Performance Indicator targets minimize business impact Ensure schedule adherence obtaining pre-approval breaks time off required Participate process improvement initiatives perform additional tasks contributing service enhancement
