Responsabilities
You will ensure that procurement activities are conducted to the best of the company's interests and in accordance with the policy and processes:

Request management:

Administrate and follow up multiple procurements requests; and more specifically consultancy missions with (i) BIG4 vendors and (ii) Market Data / ESG Data & Research area and other consultancy requests.

Challenge and support the business.
Lead or support RFP processes.

Contract management:

Support on renewal of existing license and agreements
Mitigation of risks (e.g. long tenure, vendor incidents, 3rd-party assessments, cloud services, personal and client data protection)
Manage usage and licenses (inventory, usage, granted rights)
Data management, Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
Reporting for steering committees and ad hoc governance
Measure and report key performance indicators

Vendor relationship management:

Manage relationships with major vendors (business impact and/or level of spend)
Monitor performance satisfaction

Procurement improvement initiatives:

Participate to the testing and roll-out of a new Procure-to-Pay solution
Own the sustainable procurement initiative and live by our

Profile
Master Degree in Purchasing or Economics

English and French. Dutch is a plus.

Requested Experience - a first concrete experience in one or more of the following areas : Asset management activity, Procurement activity, ESG Data, Market Data, (IT) Consulting, Contract Management, License Management
