Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team
Context of the role:

The Digital Marketing specialist will report to the Northern Continent Marketing Manager and operate in line with the country marketers helping them optimise all our digitally enabled projects throughout the prospect/customer lifecycle.


  • You will act as an enabler to fuel our digitally enabled growth by offering tangible advice on how to optimise digital campaign tactics. You will investigate/work on defined new digital areas or existing ones to optimise.
  • Furthermore you will collaborate with the European digital & customer experience team on some companywide projects to investigate or enable the smooth regional roll out of new digital opportunities or enhancements optimising our prospecting, onboarding & customer experience.
  • With a strong affinity for digital tools you will be the power user for all digital marketing/comms tools and platforms, training the team for them to use them autonomously while guiding them on more complex requirements or taking certain specific projects in direct.
  • Your activities will result in an improved campaign ROI, increased conversion rates, improved buyer experience & increased customer satisfaction driving increased market share, brand awareness and sales enablement.

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, your main responsibilities are:


  • Understand our growth strategy, key segments, offerings & buyer personas to understand their online journey, the platforms they are in and the type of content they are interested in as well as our competitor digital activity.
  • Maintain an indepth knowledge of the digital marketing platforms where we choose to be present and their key features & bidding dynamics ensuring we always use the right tactics & tools, give advice during the campaign reviews and guide the campaign lead (country marketer) to optimise its campaign ROI.
  • Investigate new growing platforms & identify areas that could be of interest to us.
  • Prepare the entering in a new platform with upfront business case, content strategy, content agenda & eventually missing content creation with the marketer of the country leading the pilot. Then roll out the pilot hand in hand with the country marketer.
  • Setup relevant team google analytics dashboard (building onto available European data studio report), review our google analytics and share key learnings with the team (monthly report)
  • Guide marketers on how to optimise SEO of prioritised pages, test & validate their keywords/search terms and propose additional keywords/search terms or content to add to reflect these terms.
  • Support EU team in developing/optimising digital platforms throughout the customer lifecycle (regional roll out strategy & development priorities) to ensure a quick optimisation of the Northern continent buyer/customer journey and help generate more revenue
  • Create, curate & adapt content/visuals to different channels & create on brand templates for the marketers to easily work from
  • Support on NC transformation or local offering development investigation projects on an ad hoc basis
  • Adhere to the required brand standards and increase brand awareness and presence through knowledge of brand guidelines and ensuring that all communications are in line with them.

Travel requirements:

On average 1 day a month varying based on projects & business needs

  • Job based in Diegem
  • The hybrid working set up allows, depending on the need of your position, to up to 3 days per week from home once fully trained and onboarded
