Job summary
We are looking for Junior Personal Income Tax Advisory Consultants to work from one of our offices in Diegem, Ghent and Antwerp.You will research and prepare high level advice in various international personal income tax matters and be on a daily basis in contact through calls, face to face meetings or e mails with international clients and their mobile employees with respect to global mobility issues.
- Cross border employment situations and the associated tax implications including application of Belgian domestic law and international double tax treaties in areas such as employment income, deferred income, share-based compensation, severance payments , pension
income and director fees. - Advise on global employment structures package optimizations cost efficient remuneration techniques local constrains like special tax regime for expatriates related
tax aspects. - Implementation of International Assignment policies related issues support first practical payroll implementation of remunerationspolicies salary splits secondments other international employments structures withholding reporting obligation.
- Interaction with Belgian tax authorities during complex procedures.
