Veld 2:

Mission:

Responsible for developing the lean business case for epics and coordinating and monitoring them to ensure that the scope aligns with the strategic vision of the business value stream to which the epics belong, in close and direct collaboration with the relevant actors from the Agile portfolio layer as well as key stakeholders of the involved Agile Release Trains (ARTs) at the program level.

Tasks:

Plan, establish, structure, monitor, and coordinate epics and related change activities to achieve efficient, coherent, and resultsoriented deployment and collaboration of people and resources.
Within the value stream operation, optimize the budget assigned by the LPM for the epic, allocate resources effectively, and ensure proper management to achieve the objectives of the epic in line with the Argenta strategy.
Actively manage the internal environment, context, and external environment to establish a qualitative strategic and successful transformation initiative.
Responsible for gathering and qualitatively assessing accurate data on the progress and content of the epic to ensure the realization of business strategies and customer value creation.
Proactively ensure continuous awareness of the inherent risks associated with the products, activities, processes, and systems involved and promptly and accurately identify and report the risks encountered during the performance of the role.

Veld 3:

47 years of relevant experience in transformation (classical projects or agile operations).

Mandatory DUTCH and FR or ENG.

Certification in PMI and/or SAFe
:

For the assigned domain of expertise, knowledge of business processes and products, as well as a general and strong affinity with broad IT operations.
Ability to translate and communicate strategy at the senior management level.
Knowledge of the financial sector, trends, market developments, etc.
Capable of quickly immersing oneself in new domains (both technological and business) and being rapidly and flexibly deployed to new challenges.
