We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst who possesses a blend of IT-business analysis skills, project management expertise, and change management competencies.

This role involves a lot of interaction between the various business stakeholders and end-users of the IT tools and the NIT-teams responsible for its actual development, making you the business expert on the system.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing change, including tool-training, for end-users of the system.

Key responsibilities:

Manage the process of "maturation" of a new business idea towards ITformulated requirement(s).
Work independently and in a structured way, while cooperating with an overall project leader.
Plan and execute tasks at the businessside to achieve the project's goals.
Take initiatives to unblock situations when necessary.
Manage the process of maturing a new business idea towards ITformulated requirements.
Follow up on IT developments and golive, including validation, testing, and providing input for deployment decisions.
Manage communication and training with endusers for business golive, and facilitate necessary changes.
Provide detailed user manuals and work instructions if applicable.

Skills:

A basic understanding of IT concepts and tools can be practical.

Strong communication skills
Experience working with crossfunctional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Business) is preferred, but not required.
