Key Responsibilities:


  • Leadership: Lead and guide the CAM engineers technically, ensuring efficient and effective use of the CAM system.
  • CAM

System Management:
Oversee the proper use of the CAM system, including the development and maintenance of macros.

  • Tool Management: Define necessary tools for projects and update databases for incoming tools.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to both operators and CAM personnel, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
  • Coordination: Technically coordinate CAD support and assist the measurement group with technical issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and correct problems in collaboration with support personnel. Suggest and implement cost reduction and continuous improvement strategies related to industrial engineering.

Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in Engineering is preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in a related technical field or postsecondary education with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in a production environment.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to mentor and support team members.
  • Proactive approach to problemsolving and continuous improvement.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
