Job responsibilities:

-
order processing
-
invoicing and invoice corrections and adjustments
-
supplying customers with information on delays and deliveries and other information
-
contracts administration
-
liaise with operational & warehouse/asset care team
-
local SPOC for input of data for new customers
-
process and follow up of customer related purchasing
-
coordination & tracking with operational & asset care team, related to planning, execution and billing of orders and/or contracts
-
Coordinate and motivate customer care team in Belgium and the Netherlands
-
Define, revise and improve working procedures (SOP) and workflows
-
Identify improvement opportunities and develop procedures and training to other team members

Required qualifications:

-
SAP knowledge
-
customer service/back office experience (> 3 years)
-
customer service minded, team player and problem solver
-
quick learner/ open for change
-
hands on attitude
-
strong sense of quality and motivation to work on achievements of the goals
-
able to understand impact of team operation on broader business, set clear direction for improvement and make the necessary changes
-
ability to execute on deliverables in a timely manner, managing against unpredictable variables
-
strong analytical and detailed process mindset and resourceful cross-functional approach to problem-solving
-
strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a matrix organization

Fluent French/ English, knowledge of Dutch would be an asset
