The
Lead Finance Auditor will be responsible for the execution of the annual audit plan at the Johnson & Johnson companies in EMEA region.

The Lead Finance Auditor will lead and perform Risk Based Audits and other types of specialized reviews within the EMEA region and across all business sectors while partnering with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with other audit teams, helping ensure strong internal controls framework for affiliates supported, promoting best practice adoption, developing talent, and cultivating a diverse and motivated team.


What you'll do.
The Lead Finance Auditor position will be responsible for:

  • Leading assigned risk-based review engagements at J&J affiliates within the EMEA region and leading a variety of departmental projects.
  • Other common tasks include: acting as or assisting the job manager in preparation of the audit, conducting review of the audit team work, performing testing, preparation of the final audit report and supporting audit teams and internal customers throughout the audit to ensure any potential concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
  • The Lead Finance Auditor will be responsible for discussing and finalizing recommendations and will supervise and develop staff during the reviews.
  • When not assigned to audits or as timing allows, the Lead Finance Auditor will also be expected to lead ancillary project teams to assist with departmental goals and objectives aimed at improving audit operations and customer service.
  • Reporting to the Lead Finance Auditor will be 3 auditors.

Qualifications:

We would love to hear from YOU, knowing that:

  • A minimum of a BA/BS degree or relevant qualification is required in Accounting, Finance or other business discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional working experience in Accounting, Finance and/or Auditing is required.
  • Sarbanes Oxley experience is preferred.
  • CIA, ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA, CMA, CISA or other relevant professional qualification is preferred. Partqualified or willing to study will also be considered.
  • Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • The ability to effectively take on leadership roles in various functions is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach staff.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% is required.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is preferred.
  • This position is recruited from J&J locations in Belgium (Beerse) or Czech Republic (Prague) or Switzerland (Zug) no relocation.
