    Functie

  • Je adviseert internationale ondernemingen met betrekking tot sociaaljuridische en fiscale aspecten en begeleidt hun internationaal actieve werknemers.
  • Je adviseert over verloningsmogelijkheden en kostenoptimalisatie van internationale en lokale werknemers, actief in een internationale context.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor vragen over loonadministratie, payroll, salary splits, expat ...
  • Je behandelt aanvragen van werk- en verblijfsvergunningen, andere formaliteiten richting fiscus, RSZ, andere instanties ...
  • In het kader van de toenemende 'global mobility' adviseer je internationale ondernemers, waarbij je voornamelijk met EU-ondernemers werkt. Kennis van de Europese fiscale, sociale en arbeidsrechtelijke rechtsregels is daarbij noodzakelijk.
  • Je werkt samen met juristen, accountants, fiscalisten, payroll-medewerkers,... binnen Van Havermaet.
  • Je blijft voortdurend op de hoogte van wijzigingen in de fiscaliteit, arbeidsrecht en sociale zekerheid.
  • Je bent de rechterhand van ons hoogste goed: de klant.

  • Je genoot een masteropleiding in de rechten of een economische richting. Een specialisatie in fiscaliteit en/of sociaal recht is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt minimum drie jaar relevante ervaring en beschikt over een ruime fiscale en/of sociaaljuridische kennis.
