TEAM LEWIS is an entrepreneurial integrated communications agency that has gone from start-up to multi-national in just 27 years. We have grown every year since foundation due to a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions. We have a network of 24 offices and 700 employees worldwide. Not bad for an agency that doesn't take itself too seriously.

In the Benelux we have four offices in Antwerp, Brussels, Amsterdam and Eindhoven.

Our teams here work on integrated campaigns for a variety of B2C- and B2B-companies, from lifestyle brands to bigger tech-players.

We are now looking for a Finance Officer to support our Benelux finance team, either fulltime or parttime (4/5). Telework is possible.

About the role
As _Finance Officer_, you'll provide effective and efficient finance and operational support.

You will make sure to delivering a high level of accounting and finance service consistent with company and legal requirements.

You will work closely together with the Finance Manager Benelux.

Some of the key responsibilities

Cash management: handling incoming and outgoing cash, and maintains rolling cash flow forecast for the bank account;
Accounts receivable: drafting and sending sales invoices to clients (and chasing debts to maintain a clean debt ledger);
Accounts payable: obtains approval for all AP invoices before posting them into NetSuite, and prepares monthly supplier payment runs for approval before setting up payment;
Tax compliance (not mandatory): prepare VAT reports for the region; Assist in other general accounting/administration tasks and make sure finance processes are correctly fulfilled.

About you

Thanks to your passion for what you do, you adapt easily to our dynamic environment, and you have a strong drive to deliver excellent finance support together with the team.

Next to that, we are looking for someone with:

Relevant work experience (either during internships or previous jobs);
A collaborative selfstarter with initiative and a credible team player;
Generalist skillset in AP, AR, and basic knowledge around VAT (no must);
Experience working with ERP software, preferably Oracle/Netsuite;
Digital savvy and good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Good Dutch & English knowledge in both writing and speaking.
