- Prepare quarterly reports following company's GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of accounting records for various entities, including bank statements, invoices (incoming and outgoing), and accruals/provisions.
- Handle end-to-end accounting processes for specific entities.
- Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
- Review annual tax reporting packages and accounts.
- Assist in the consolidation process.
- Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary support.
- Prepare and review ad hoc reports and reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing quarterly reports.
- Provide support during acquisitions and disposals processes.
- Review VAT and CIT tax declarations for relevant jurisdictions.
- Manage filing and follow-up of information provided by property managers.
- Assist in preparing monthly cash flows and management reports.
- Prepare financial analyses and reports as needed.
- Handle outgoing invoices where applicable.
- Manage correspondence and general administrative tasks.
- Provide supervision and training to the accountancy team as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting, ideally in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of at least one European Accounting Standards, IFRS standards and tax regulations.
- Experience with consolidation processes and working with external auditors.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
