Executive Assistant, your
main tasks will be:
- File management
- Calendar management
- Organizing internal events, meetings, international conferences, webinars
- Travel management (booking flights, booking hotels, finding solutions cancelled flights,...)
- Taking notes
- Creating powerpoints & reports
The Successful Applicant:
- Has an
excellent knowledge of English, other languages are a plus - Has a
first experience as an executive assistant - Is
stress resistant: - Is great in
communication: - Is
flexible and can easily switch tasks
