The role
Our ideal Events Coordinator is fun, communicative, and collaborative. But also has a seriously strategic side.


What you'll do for us

• Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to develop an event strategy for inperson and virtual events
• Be responsible for the planning and support of Brikl virtual events and coordinate creative
• Identify staff needs for physical events and recruit individuals from across the company to support (based on location)
• Work with our in house creatives to ensure event communications go out to registered attendees; work closely with our VP of Marketing to develop a communication plan for each event
• Manage supplies for each event, ensuring they are ordered, shipped, and tracked
• Assist in the collection, review, and analysis of historical event data to predict future trends.

What you'll have

• Experience: Proven experience as an events coordinator with proficiency using scheduling and live events software.
• Skills: An excellent eye for detail.
• Location: You'll ideally be based within commuting distance to Leuven, Belgium.
• Characteristics: With your excellent communication skills, you'll help improve processes while organizing and prioritizing multiple projects to meet deadlines.
