Functieomschrijving:

As a Software Engineer, your primary responsibility will entail the design, development, documentation, and testing of embedded software for new high-tech products and systems, particularly in the fields of logistics automation and medical devices.

You'll collaborate closely with team members to solve problems collectively, leveraging various programming languages such as C, C++, and Python.

This role will see you operating within multidisciplinary teams to ensure the seamless integration of software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement embedded software solutions for new hightech products and systems
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define requirements and develop software architectures
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software to ensure reliability and performance
Document software designs, development processes, and test procedures
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle

Jouw profiel:

We are looking for skilled developers with the following:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics, or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software engineering
Proficiency in programming languages including C, C++, and Python
Experience working with microcontrollers and preferred experience with PLC and backoff systems
Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink and FPGA is advantageous
Experience with Linux operating systems
