The division is responsible for some of the Group's key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services. You will be part of the Senior Fund Accountant - AIF Team, in the Funds Accounting Department . Your role The Senior Fund Accountant - AIF Team is part of the Funds Accounting Department. He is required to perform NAV Calculation and NAV Controls & Reviews on Alternative Investment Funds (Hedge Funds & Funds of Hedged Funds). The Senior Fund Accountant is also expected to participate to ad hoc tasks related to the business (audit, tests, projects, controls, business improvements, clients' relationship, NAV Production Support, etc...). and must be capable to ensure the training and the support to Junior Fund Accountants. Your responsibilities
    • Be aware and adhere to the procedures, working instructions, checklists and ;
    • Ensure that the internal and external clients and / or auditors queries and escalations are handled in a timely and appropriate manner.
    • Be familiar and comfortable with Hedge Funds peculiarities (structures, NAV cycles, portfolio components, investment policies, accounting treatment...)
    • Conduct regular review of NAVs exceptions to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of documents by the team.
    • Identify and mitigate operational risks pertaining to funds activity.
    • Resolve escalated issues, provide information and support to all the accountants on the team and be available to assist them as ;
    Your profile
    • Experience in funds accounting, on Multifonds Fund Accounting
    • Good knowledge of financial products and their valuation
    • Knowledge of foreign currency hedging and asset pooling techniques
    • Broad vision of fund administration
    • Perfect understanding of the Alternative Investment Funds
    • Fluent in English and professional in French
