Our head office is located in Portugal in the heart of Lisbon (Avenida da Liberdade) and we work mainly for the European market.

Job Description:

Support the coordination of the IT service management activity, including visionsetting, stakeholders' alignment, prioritisation, design, delivery, operation and control of IT services offered to customers.
Support service portfolio management, including managing and optimizing services across the service lifecycle by taking into account the business value of each service
Integrating the service, product, project and program management strategies, and ensuring alignment with business strategies and drivers, and management priorities
Conducting research to find ways to improve the management and offering of services
Assessing new IT activities on alignment with organisation's strategic goals and operational objectives, both at DIGIT and corporate level
Assessing current IT portfolio related processes and tools and make proposals for their evolution

Qualifications:

Experience defining and implementing strategies under a CIO or equivalent
Ability to combine many different skills and experiences to address and solve business, information, and technology related opportunities and problem
Rapid selfstarting capability
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Very good communication skills with technical and nontechnical audiences
Capability to write clear and structured technical documents
Ability to work in multicultural environment
Excellent Team Player
Excellent knowledge of English (spoken, written)

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE

Knowledge of ITIL, in particular ITIL service portfolio management
Experience in delivering Service Management implementations, for example in Service Now platform
Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and COBIT are an asset
Knowledge about the organsation of DIGIT, and DIGIT's IT landscape is an asset
Experience in programme and/or project management. PM2 certification is an asset

CERTIFICATIONS & STANDARDS:

Following certificates & standards are
required for the performance of tasks:
ITIL or equivalent

Prince2, PMP or equivalent
