Position Description
Providing operational support in Legal, E&C, Privacy matters and HR.
Executive summary
We are looking for a Management & Legal Associate that will support Legal Counsel for BeNeNoSASSA and HR Consultant for Benelux.
Functions, Duties, Tasks
Legal support
- Assisting Legal Counsel BeNeNo operationally in a selected range of legal affairs, such as corporate housekeeping (digital and physical filing, signature fulfillment)
- Assist in ethics and compliance matters, including filing, functioning as a first point of contact as Local Compliance Officer to help implement SOPs, preparation of local trainings, templates, power points, small contracts
- Assisting in Privacy matters, especially filing of Trustarc reviews and intake (not handling) of privacy dossiers for Benelux
- Other tasks as designated by second line, after approval of supervisor.
HR Benelux support
- Processing sickness notifications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations while maintaining sensitivity to employee needs.
- Collaborating with the ESC payroll team to ensure seamless data exchange for payroll processing. This involves communicating updates such as new starters, leavers, changes in work hours, and other pertinent information essential for accurate payroll processing.
- Drafting and preparing letters, contracts, and other relevant documentation essential for HR operations, ensuring accuracy, legality, and adherence to company guidelines.
- Overseeing the accuracy of employee insurance details, including but not limited to the pension scheme, ensuring all information is uptodate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications)
- Paralegal degree or equivalent through experience
- Dutch speaking
- English fluently
Preferably:
- Having worked as a corporate paralegal, in a law firm or equivalent
- French speaking
Additional skills:

- Ability to work under limited supervision after passage of learning period.
- Ability to collaborate comfortably and effectively with people across different areas of the firm and various levels of seniority, of different national and cultural backgrounds.
