- This role will require to: Define the Project Verification and Validation strategy in the V&V Plan collect contributions of all involved stakeholders e.g Test & Commissioning optimize allocation of tests in-house favoring labs anticipate results increase efficiency coverage ensure application adherence internal processes applicable norms methods tools requesting deviations whenever appropriate define project Requirement Validation Table RVT demonstrate validation technical requirements organize lead documental verification reviews monitor follow-up execution reporting activities delegated experts departments define needs architecture follow-up implementation testbenches analysis tools represent Alstom front customers partners auditors provide overview Test strategy progress issues risks opportunities manage functionally Project Verification & Validation Team ensure control deliverables project ensure independence verification design select manage subcontractors cooperate Test Commissioning definition followup Site Acceptance Tests manage work packages WP tasks CPI Coverage Progress Indicator DQI Delivery Quality Indicator Cooperation support Root Cause Analysis
