Sabam the Belgian association for authors, composers and publishers. is currently looking for an expert Finance Business Partner

What would be the value add of this role ?_

- to provide the business with insight and analysis to drive decisions. For example, the expert FBPs might participate in project analysis exercises, activity based costing, calculation & monitoring of sales margins etc.
- to provide a stewardship role through cashflow prognosis etc....
- to have a key role in the continuous improvement of Finance & Business reporting

How could you achieve this ?_
Streamlining data analysis for the business, ultimately minimizing irrelevant data
Communicating in an intuitive way to the business to clearly build a trusted and open relationship
Demonstrating thought leadership by presenting sound alternative & innovative recommendations to existing approaches.
What are the key requirements for this role ?_
Insight — use business data to assess the existing decisions and identify areas of improvement.
Influence — help business leaders to understand and consider the broader financial implications of their decisions.
Impact — demonstrate improved ROI on operational decisions.
