Job summary
We are looking for someone who will be able to maintain the very high level of our Customer Service. You will be the main contact person for direct and indirect customers and be responsible for order to cash process e.g. order entry, order fulfillment,invoicing,and customer payment collection.You will handle complaints returnsand ensure a correct follow-up in compliance with law and (GDP) regulation.- Proficient in Dutch French,and English.
