As Sales Excellence manager you are responsible for optimizing sales performance and driving sales effectiveness within Agfa. You provide insight and challenges to the global sales team to maximize profitability and take ownership of key sales processes and tools.

Job

Develop and maintain dashboards and tools to create profitability insights:


  • You facilitate the Business performance reviews with the regions through structured meetings.
You track progress and steer actions with the sales teams and management:

You coordinate business performance analysis, reporting activities and incentives plans with Finance and Data analytics teams:


  • Influencing and advising sales teams across the regions on best practices:

You act as Project Mangement Officer (PMO) and drive the Sales Excellence programme developed with the Sales Director

Profile

You have a scientific background (Engineer, University) or Business School:


  • You have preferably +5 years' experience in Change management or business transformation:

You are comfortable in driving change and challenging ideas and approaches:


  • You have an analytical mindset, and you are process driven:

You are able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at every organizational level:


  • You have excellent communication skills:

You have critical Planning skills to define plans to execute strategy:


  • You have experience with working with cross organizational teams and defining strategy / designing processes:

You have the ability to influence, especially with senior-level stakeholders:


  • You are fluent in English
