- You manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- You are responsible for travel management, which includes tasks such as coordinating bookings and offering assistance to the CEO and other travelers with any travel-related inquiries.
- You anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address them.
- You identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the CEO's workflow and take the initiative to implement them.
- You assist in coordinating projects and initiatives, liaising with cross-functional teams and stakeholders as necessary.
- You manage internal communications to keep employees informed on company updates, initiatives, and milestones through newsletter composition, town hall meeting organization, and event coordination, fostering a collaborative and well-informed work atmosphere.
- You participate in management meetings, where you will compile reports and ensure that action points are diligently followed up on.
- You facilitate communication between the CEO and employees, ensuring that the Smappee Heroes have the resources and support needed to thrive in their positions.
- You maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive and professional work environment.
- You act as the main point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a hospitable and streamlined experience for all.
- You have proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant supporting individuals at all levels.
- You are organized and confident, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- You have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion related to the company and its employees.
- You consistently deliver on commitments and act in the best interests of the organization.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- You have excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task effectively while remaining calm and professional under pressure.
- You can demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.

We're looking for a Personal Assistant who will support the CEO primarily and provide additional support to management team members to make sure that operations run efficiently.
