Luminus is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance department in Brussels as a Reporting & Consolidation Controller.


In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and consolidation of financial information across our organization.

You will work closely with various teams to gather financial data, analyse it, and prepare consolidated reports for management and external stakeholders.

You will actively drive and initiate process automations in the controlling team and show a learning appetite to keep up with the latest trends in financial technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Reporting:
You are responsible for the end-to-end data processing of actuals, forecast and budget data. You make sure to deliver consistent results over the different reportings and presentations.

You implement the automatic reporting process between Tagetik Reporting Tool and the platform of our shareholder EDF.


Consolidation:
You gather financial data from multiple business units. You ensure accurate and complete financial information is captured in the consolidated financial statements.

You present the outcome to our Finance Management, our Management Committee, our Board of Directors and our Shareholders.

You consolidate and summarize the input from the Business Controllers and other finance teams. You check the consistency this data and validate the end results.


Budgeting and Forecasting:
You prepare accurate and timely the monthly and annual financial reports.

This consists of the preparation of the financial end-to-end analysis in order to determine the differences versus the initial budget.

You provide monthly the company's KPIs for the members of the executive committee.


Stakeholder Management:
You collaborate with internal stakeholders and management, to gather data and to provide financial insights. You connect with external auditors and regulators as required.


Process Implementation and Improvement:
You manage and develop the Tagetik reporting tool which will be the consolidation tool for the future.

You will become one of the main administrators of the Tagetik tool and will be responsible for the consistency of actual and forecast data available in the system.

You are responsible for the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) creation and management to maintain closing tasks in SAP.

You work closely with the Finance Process Improvement & Project Manager and other stakeholders to streamline processes. You contribute to the department's process optimization and activity automatization.

You implement the automatic reporting process between Tagetik and the platform of our shareholder EDF.

  • University degree in economics, business or engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar function in a financial environment.
  • Fluent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Dutch or French is a strong asset.

  • You are a team player with transversal view and bridging skills.
