Our client is a fast growing company active in the
energy sector.

As
Project Finance Officer you will be
responsible for:

Perform financial modelling, structuring and scenario analysis;
Steer the project development process from a bankability perspective;
Prepare and review due diligence reports;
Keep a close eye on financing trends;
Maintain a strong contact with the banks;
Prepare bank & stakeholder presentations ;
Carry out adequate bank reporting and covenants followup;
Assist in the negotiation and management of power purchase agreements.

The required
profile for the
Project Finance Officer position:

Master's degree in Finance and/or Engineering;
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in project finance and/or power sector financing;
Strong interest in renewable energy ;
Good communication and negotiation skills and a sharp analytical mind;
Being comfortable with complex Excel models and the willingness to further develop this;
Hands on, responsible, structured and keeping an eye on the bigger picture;
Teamplayer;
Fluent in English.
