GSK have an opening for a a
24 month Secondment as a Supply Chain Transformation (SCT) Business Change manager.

This role is required to assess the impact of the changes in scope of the programme (people, processes, systems) and develop effective change plans across the programme.

This will include the implementation of a new advanced planning system (APS), a new target operating model for integrated business planning (IBP), stronger collaboration with external supply chain partners and customers, and new decision intelligence and analytical competencies, which will become the foundation for the new global supply chain at GSK.

The role will work collaboratively with GSK colleagues in supply chain, Tech and with business functions as well as third parties to understand/ quantify the change, own and manage the change plan, and provide input on what/when communications will be needed including providing the Communications Manager with content.

In this role you will

  • Input into improving the Supply Chain Transformation Change Management & Engagement Approach. Partner with the SCT workstream and business leads to understand their change requirements to meet business objectives and successfully deliver the programme
  • Develop the SCT change management and engagement plans, gain approval, and influence internal and external partners
  • Execute the SCT change management and engagement plans
  • Help create and execute business change impact assessments and quantify change. Input into communications plan and provide relevant content to the Communications Manager/ partners
  • Effectively manage multiple stakeholders to meet business need. Recommend KPIs to measure effectiveness of change management and engagement initiatives and continuously improve based on KPIs
  • Manage change management governance process to engage with SCT team members and key stakeholders. Lead SCT change management reporting and maintain risks, issues and action logs. Manage the SCT change management budget

Basic Qualifications & Skills:


We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Degree (or equivalent) in related field. Global Supply Chain experience
  • Proven change management experience within GSK, Life Sciences companies or a similarly complex global industry
  • Leadership of crossfunctional business change project or continuous improvement teams (including international teams). Demonstrable credibility with/management of senior stakeholders
  • Enable and drive the change: change management skills and a focus on demand delivery ensuring the implementation of plans or delivery of largescale projects
  • Able to communicate complex technical details to nonexperts, including senior stakeholders to drive decision making in business case scenarios
  • Identify, mobilise and manage change network. Problemsolving abilities suitable for handling complex issues associated with the various areas collaboratively.

Advanced experience of using the Microsoft software suite:
Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams etc.

  • Ideas orientated
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English essential, French is a plus
