**Description de la fonction

Most of the time, we deliver a standard version of Coswin
to our customers. However, some of them wish to implement specific elements for a customized use **of it - it can be from a simple button to add, to larger projects.


As Customer Support Analyst , you will provide support and help to our existing and potential customers - during and after the project implementation phase - and our colleagues as well.


Indeed, you will be the key point between the end-users and Siveco teams, and you will closely collaborate with internal teams such as Consultants, Sales or Developers.


Our goal is to make our customers happy by a good quality service .

Your tasks - what does your day look like:

  • Perform analyze, diagnosis, and resolution for a variety of end-users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions
  • Adhere to procedures for logging, reporting and monitoring helpdesk requests. You must create a high level of user satisfaction through accurate timely followup, strong technical skills, good customer communication and relationship building
  • Ensure customer's satisfaction
  • Improve customer's experience
  • Contribute to the improvement of our products & all documentations
  • You will provide support for implementations, both in the test phase and the implementation
  • In cooperation with your colleagues, you will analyze how to keep optimizing the system
  • Followup of the already existing problems
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Followup with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

Job requirements:


In addition, you are in possession of:

Must have:


  • IT and business affinity
  • First experience as support
  • Ability to learn and evolve quickly
  • Customer oriented solution minded
  • Social, friendly person, able to work in team
  • Autonomous, fast learner and willing to learn constantly and work proactively
  • Fluent oral and written in French and English
  • Multitasking
  • Database (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

  • Good knowledge of business process
