Wat ga je doen?:
- Administrative follow up of purchasing activities in SAP
- Enter, maintain and follow up purchase activities
- Create PR's and PO's for BOM related parts for purchasing organization 1300
- Administrative follow up and changes in PO on request of internal stake holders
- Chase different stakeholders to get information
- Provide SAP DATA regarding suppliers/PO's/PR's/
- Helpdesk & support to the purchase team in general
Wie ben jij?:
- Create/change vendor masterdata
- Block/reset SAP Login
- Create/update work instructions
- Introduction of new colleagues
- Following and in a second step testing
- Single point of contact for all SAP related questions for colleagues who work in the 5 plants for Purchase.
- This can be all kind of questions/problems/unclarities
- E.g. the colleagues if receiving cannot receive a PO because a mistake has been made by order entry/colleagues cannot make a change to the PO/approval flows have changed so a PR/PO is blocked, colleagues don't know how to use a certain transaction.
- Change requests via SAP user for changes requested/required to the system
- Authorizations in SAP System for colleagues linked to Purchase (Give okay whether or not they can have a certain access to the system)

Talenkennis:
Je communiceert voor 90% in het Engels, dus je kan dit perfect mondeling en schriftelijk.
