As Teamleader, you will accomplish the following tasks:

  • You are responsible for a team of expo crew between 20 and 26 persons per day
  • You are responsible for the quality of welcome at reception: phone etiquette, visitor welcoming (informing them, transferring calls, taking messages, etc.)
  • You conduct staff briefings and debriefings
  • You coordinate technical and none technical requests, linked to office and exposition management in the required timeframes and you ensure their quality and fulfillment
  • You have technical knowledge in order to guarantee correct reporting on audiovisual and IT material present in the visitors facilities
  • You coordinate and support your team on a daily basis
  • You are responsible for the management and planning of schedules, of replacements and holidays
  • You report to the Service Manager

Profil:


We are looking for a Teamleader who:

  • Fluently speaks English, French and Dutch or German
  • Is discreet in his/her work
  • Demonstrates analytical and organizational skills
  • Has a sense of responsibility
  • Presents well, is flexible and dynamic
  • Is client oriented and possesses a commercial attitude
  • Has a good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Ebuy, Online booking)
