- Gérer et maintenir les systèmes de paie et les processus associés ;
- Assurer le traitement des paies et des déclarations fiscales ;
- Gérer les demandes des employés et des départements RH ;
- Assurer le respect des lois et des règlements en matière de paie ;
- Analyser et résoudre les problèmes liés à la paie ;
- Assurer le suivi des données et des informations liées à la paie ;
- Assurer le suivi des dossiers des employés ;
- Assurer le suivi des dépenses et des budgets liés à la paie ;
- Assurer le suivi des rapports et des analyses liés à la paie.
Le candidat idéal devrait avoir les qualifications suivantes :
- Diplôme en comptabilité, finances ou autre domaine connexe ;
- Expérience professionnelle dans le traitement des paies ;
- Connaissance des lois et des règlements en matière de paie ;
- Bonne connaissance des systèmes de paie et des processus associés ;
- Bonne connaissance des logiciels de paie et des outils informatiques ;
- Bonne connaissance des principes comptables et des normes comptables ;
- Bonne connaissance des principes de gestion des risques et des contrôles internes ;
- Bonne connaissance des principes de gestion des données et des informations ;
- Bonne connaissance des principes de gestion des budgets et des dépenses ;
- Bonne connaissance des principes de gestion des rapports et des analyses.
