Director Central Rewards

What do you become a part of -


The Director Central Rewards supports the VP Rewards & Recognition to develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports the organization's overall goals and objectives.

You will lead, define and prioritise the global initiatives and support their implementation in countries


What you will do -

Total Rewards Strategy:
Ensure alignment with industry best practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Supports the VP Rewards in respect of sales incentives, bonus, LTIP strategy. Build policies and playbook to ensure global understanding and consistency across the P&C organisation.


Compensation Management:
Oversee the compensation programs, including remuneration cycle, salary structures, and job levelling. Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and fairness. Define the emerging market approach.


Performance Management, Engagement and Inclusion:
Collaborate with Talent management team to ensure our Rewards programs always set for attractivity and retention of talent. Ensure fair pay and equity.


Total Rewards project management:

Lead the global Rewards initiatives from a project management perspective working with other central rewards team members and local rewards leads to prioritise and implement aligned with the Total rewards strategy.


Compliance and Governance:
Monitor legislative and regulatory changes related to compensation and benefits. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as industry regulations and corporate governance standards.


Data Analytics and Reporting:

Work with the workforce intelligence team to define metrics, predictive and reporting approach to analyze compensation and benefits data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for program enhancements.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.


Employee Communication and Education:

Develop communication materials and resources to educate employees about their total rewards packages, including compensation, benefits, and other perks.

Ensure workshops, webinars, and training sessions are delivered as needed.


Technology & Vendor Management:
Leverage technology and systems to offer the best employee experience. Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and service providers. Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and ensure delivery of quality services.

What we expect from you -
University Degree or equivalent


10+ years of professional experience in setting Rewards strategy, designing & implementing compensation, benefits and technology programs within a global and matrix organisation.

Leadership of a team and of leading rewards projects
