    We zijn op zoek naar een SAP Consultant om ons HR+ product te ondersteunen binnen de productorganisatie van Elia Group. De geselecteerde kandidaat zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor alle technische productkwesties. Samen met de Product Owner, Business Analyst en ontwikkelaars identificeer en implementeer je de beste oplossing voor de klant.

    Je prioriteert technische activiteiten binnen het product en helpt bij het monitoren van de backlog met je technische visie. Binnen het productteam ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere evolutie van het HR-landschap, inclusief SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll-systemen voor entiteiten in twee verschillende landen en aanvullende HR-gerelateerde systemen.

    Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Overleggen met het productteam over de meest geschikte oplossing.
  • Nieuwe en bestaande processen in de SAP-systemen aanpassen op basis van de vereisten en prioriteiten in de backlog.
  • Zorgen voor een technische en functionele vertaling van de user stories.
  • Ervoor zorgen dat de IT-documentatie up-to-date en relevant is.
  • Technische markttrends volgen en analyseren om een geavanceerde oplossing te bieden.
  • Bijdragen aan de SAP Chapter-organisatie door 10% van je tijd te besteden aan persoonlijke ontwikkeling, kennisuitwisseling en de ontwikkeling van het Chapter.

    • Jouw profiel

  • Diploma in IT, bedrijfskunde of een aanverwante studierichting.
  • Ruime ervaring in SAP HR consultancy binnen SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning).
  • Goede ervaring in SAP HR consultancy binnen SAP HCM (PY, PT, PA, OM).
  • Goed begrip van de Agile mindset en een product operating model.
  • Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en bereidheid om 'outside the box' te denken en de handen uit de mouwen te steken om de klus te klaren.
  • Vermogen om doeltreffend samen te werken met cross-functionele teams.
  • Bereidheid om te reizen.
  • Taalvaardigheden: Engels (C1); Nederlands, Frans of Duits is een pluspunt
