Business and HR transformation:


  • Business transformation
  • Contributes to the organizational efficiency by challenging the current organization, and putting in place action plans to strengthen the organization when necessary, aligned with the BG Strategy.
  • Proposes organization design and adaptation based on business evolutions/needs and follows up on the implementation.
  • Leads change management process to support organizational transformation; defines and drives action plans and communication plans during business transformation
  • HR transformation
  • Ensure the efficiency of the HR function in developing a continuous improvement plan
  • Participates to HR organization development and progress, in cooperation with other HR community members.
  • Cascades HR strategy, sponsors and ensures respect of HR policies (Nexans and/or local).
  • Deploys, coordinates and implements HR policies, programs, processes.
  • Ensures and performs reliable HR forecasts and controlling (KPI definition and setting, reporting analysis and benchmark) for the BU.
  • Shares feedback with Nexans HR community to enrich Group programs.

Resources Development/talent management

  • Define the Workforce Planning for the BU in accordance with the Business priorities
  • Implements the succession Plan Process (SPID) and ensures talent supply process efficiency for BU key positions, in coordination with the BG HRBP, Corporate VP Talent and the Staffing SSC.
  • Coordinates successor assessment, ensures competency models are properly implemented at BU level, and ensures that Individual Development Plans are in place.
  • Contributes to Group succession planning.
  • Contributes to overall sourcing strategy and practices in line with Nexans policies, and with the brand image.
  • Manages the recruitment for Key positions in the BU in coordination with the BG HRBP and the Staffing SSC.
  • Identify development needs/Learning or Change projects for the BU and work with the BG HRBP and the COE Learning to deploy them.

Social Transformation & Employee Engagement

  • Sponsors and strengthens the Health and Safety culture.
  • Ensures that the business conduct guidelines are implemented (Competition Law Compliance, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, any other relevant guideline)
  • Follows the labor relations issues on Sites and works with the Country COE Social relations if required.
  • Supports the COEs Social relations of the different countries in ensuring that relevant actions comply with the local, social and legal legislation.
  • Ensure the social climate on site and the operational performance in reviewing the KPI and associated action plan.
  • Ensures the employee engagement in notably reviewing employees satisfaction survey process (design, communication, results analysis, action plan, and followup) and the communication actions on site.
