Mission:


Join our team as the Head of Operations and play a key role in the dynamic management of our operations related to assembly and logistics for e-commerce and B2B projects.

Working closely with the B2B and e-commerce departments, you will be at the heart of our growth, addressing customization requests while ensuring smooth integration with other departments.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Operational Procedures Management:
  • Develop clear operational procedures for assembly and pick & pack, emphasizing precision and efficiency.
  • Create specific guidelines for product labeling, ensuring consistency and compliance with quality standards.
  • Training and Communication:
  • Implement regular training for teams, ensuring a perfect understanding of processes and requirements.
  • Foster transparent communication within the team, encouraging a seamless exchange of information.
  • Establish a clear framework for teams, promoting accurate task execution and minimizing errors.
  • Performance Indicators and Collaboration:
  • Develop clear performance indicators to evaluate process efficiency.
  • Encourage collaboration between teams to quickly resolve issues and continually improve operations.

Operational Strategy:


  • Contribute to developing and implementing the strategy for assembly lines, pick & pack, customization, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with B2B and ecommerce clients, taking into account the specificities of these activities.
  • Activity Supervision:
  • Supervise all activities related to assembly and logistics, paying particular attention to details such as product labeling.
  • Budget Management and Professional Development:
  • Manage budgetary aspects, focusing on costs associated with assembly/pick & pack.
  • Encourage the professional development of the team and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Continuous Improvement and Anomaly Management:
  • Detect and analyze continuous improvement projects, collaborating with other departments.
  • Report and remedy anomalies, bottlenecks, performance losses, and quality issues, implementing effective corrective actions.

Profile:


  • University degree in business management, industrial engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in production and logistics management, with an indepth understanding of customization needs.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills, especially with clients and other departments.
  • Knowledge of quality and food safety standards.
  • Ability to develop and implement operationally focused strategies.
  • Experience in managing the supply chain and logistics, leading large operational teams (between 15 and 30 people).
