Your role
You will manage our current research projects and be responsible to set up new research projects.

You will work in close cooperation with the founding team (CTO, CIO, CEO) and be in contact point with top-tier research institutes and universities.

You will be responsible for:

Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of research projects.
Developing and maintaining relationships with research institutes, universities, and industry partners.
Writing and reviewing highquality research proposals, presentations, and deliverables.
Identifying new research areas and proposing innovative projects aligned with the company objectives.
Developing and leading the research team.

What we are looking for:

Senior experience in research project management, with experience in projects regarding batteries, energy storage, or energy management.
A strong network of contacts within the research community.
Ability to deliver topquality deliverables on time and within budget.
Proficiency in writing and reviewing technical documents.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with crossfunctional teams.

With some (or all) of the following points, you have a clear plus:

A PhD in a relevant field such as battery technology, energy management, or a similar discipline.
Familiarity with programming and data analysis in Python.
