Mission

The
PMO & Governance Specialist will provide administrative support monitoring IT governance within the team whilst coordinating various tasks such as deliveries, claims, budgets in support of IT Projects; IT Changes; IT Contracts and Licensing.

IT Project & Changes PMO:

Follow up and reporting project financials
Follow up overall project deliverables and dashboards

IT Contracts & Licenses:

Follow up contract terms, renew maintenance contracts, check and control invoicing according to performance
Perform license management & compliance,
Preparations and renewals for global agreements

IT Administration:

Active process management for inhouse service desk reporting SLA's/KPI's

Follow up

Hardware deliveries, PO's, Invoicing
Prepare shipments and shipment notes for IT equipment
Manage telecom Services (Proximus, VOIP, etc)

Skills/Qualification

Good understanding of Microsoft Software
Good understanding of collaboration tools
Performance and resultsdriven, with strong problemsolving skills
Good understanding of the IT infrastructure basics
Organizational skills

Education

Bachelors in IT or Administrations with a desire to growth in an IT Field
