Concretely, you will be part of the Data Powerhouse, a brand new created business function, partnering closely with IT & Data team and many of our business stakeholders.

In this role, you will be directly reporting into the Data Powerhouse Lead. The team consist of 5 people in total, including 2 data owners & 1 data analyst in addition.

Together with the team, you will be responsible to deliver on the Data strategy, get the data fundamentals right and drive data transformation by

Deploying value driven use cases
Organizing data to be used at scale
Driving the upskilling & change management in the organization

As a Senior Data Product Owner you play a key role in advancing our data culture across organization.

As driving force within the local Data Powerhouse, you develop recommendations on how best to put data analytics to use to enable our organization to get valuable insights and make better decisions every day.

You oversee the execution of uses cases, partnering with business & tech teams, transforming how we work and unlocking new business opportunities.

You support to shape our self-service data platform and enable business stakeholders to leverage its full potential.

Thanks to your solutions oriented mindset, you assess complex business requirements and derive valuable insights by using modern business intelligence tools and processes.

Your main responsibilities will be to:_
Define & lead the development and delivery of datadriven solutions
Design & maintain data solution, ensuring data quality & accuracy (e.g. Marketing mix modeling, one id, hcp data, total cost to serve,...)
Comprehend, extract, automate processes and model information from complex data sources to deliver business insights and recommendations
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, business objectives, and data capabilities to guide the development of data products
Collaborate with local & regional IT to identify opportunities for process improvement & data model development
Create appropriate documentation to drive sustainability
Drive data transformation within Belux acting as ambassador for data & analytics, bringing added value through data analysis and recommendation

About you

You obtained a Bachelor or a Master's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics and bring a solid first professional experience in data related roles.

Next to English, you can fluently communicate in either French or Dutch.

Besides that, you have_
Strong business acumen & business partnering skills.
Advanced knowledge of data language (R, Python, SQL) and data visualization tools (Power BI)
Great mathematical & statistical skills
