Because of this growth, Keytrade is looking for an experienced Operations Lead Trading, managing a small team and reporting to the head of Operations.

Responsabilities

The Team Lead Trading Ops will

  • Supervise and manage the daytoday activities of the Operations Trading team in a hands on way including set up of relevant metrics.
  • Follow up and manage the relationship with Procapital, including reporting, preparation of and attendance to different steering meetings.
  • Drive improvements internal as well as on the sourced activities.
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching.
  • Assist the feature teams on improvements and new developments.
  • Ensure the team works compliant with audit and control recommendations and where applicable solve or assist in solving new recommendations.

Qualifications:


  • You have at least 5 years of process/operational experience and a good knowledge of the retail trading activity as well as management experience. A master degree will be an asset
  • You have good organization, time management and scheduling skills
  • You are handson problem solver and propose & elaborate improvements
  • You are responsible, motivated and autonomous
  • You are comfortable in speaking and writing in Dutch, French and English
  • You are comfortable in preparing meetings including the creation of supporting documents
  • You have good communication and interpersonal skills
