Ariad consultants are specialized in digital marketing, e-commerce, digital communication, digital analytics, marketing automation, digital product design and digital transformation.

About our role:

Our client is a world-renowned company in the financial world. They are looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a Digital Customer Journey expert. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital experience on the onboarding of new customers.

What you will be doing:

Your main responsibility will be to improve our onboarding journey, strategically (vision) and hands-on
Create, analyse and follow up on data reports (Adobe)
Establish business requirements for front-end developers
You will be the advisory expert in your field of expertise & competence, for other teams and senior management
Ensure compliance with external regulation and internal minimum requirements (KYC)

What you bring:

Being collaborative is in your nature and you are customer oriented

At least 5 years of solid experience in a similar role

You are hands on, always open for a challenge, critical towards existing methods in order to improve the status quo

You have past experience in translating business requirements to IT

Bonus points if you have experience with KYC regulations

Strong communication skills (written and oral) in English and either French or Dutch

The offer:

Contractor collaboration. 6 months mission with possibilities on extensions.
