We focus on optimizing the flow of perishables, eliminating waste at every turn – product, packaging, labor and transportation waste.

Our reusable plastic products improve the quality of product delivered, create more efficient supply chains, and are more sustainable than single-use packaging.

We're currently looking for a motivated Availability Planner to join our team at Tosca in Schelle (Antwerp), offering you a great opportunity to step into a dynamic logistics environment

YOUR CHALLENGE

You make sure items are picked up from different locations and sent back to Customer Service on time and in an efficient way.

Every week, you plan these pickups by creating new orders and contacting the places involved.

Once a month, you check in with locations that haven't been contacted yet and keep an eye on how well the pickups are going.

You also look out for any places that are causing problems.

You manage the stock for Customer Service and shared pools by giving out new orders each day based on what's available, and you keep track of how much stock is in the warehouse.

You keep customer contact details up to date, like phone numbers, email addresses, contact people, and opening hours.

You try to make sure pickups go smoothly the first time and fix any issues with availability by adjusting the pickup plan.

You assign orders in a smart way, based on stock levels and any imbalances in the pools.
You spot problems early and let the Customer Success team know if something needs their help

YOUR PROFILE
Your motivation, ability to learn and your passion for Transportation and Logistics is more important than experience.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.
You are well organized, and you take care of your administration in a transparent and efficient way.
You show initiative and you have a healthy level of self-confidence.
You have thorough knowledge of the MS Office applications with a focus on Excel.
You are an enthusiastic team player, and you bring a positive attitude to the entire Tosca team.
