Brussels, we are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Partner (FL)
- Start : ASAP ;
- Brussels ;
- Min. 3 months ;
- Parttime (3/5) or fulltime ;
- 3d/week homeworking if FT.
Description:
What is the challenge?
- You lead and manage the recruitment & selection process from A to Z for
Sales&Marketing and Finance profiles ; - You identify and source appropriate talents for current open positions within the organization, in Belgium and internationally ;
- You support the HRD with HR Projects.
Requirements:
Who are you?
- You have a proven experience with strategic and tactical recruitment in combination with labor market communication ;
- You have experience with
internationnal recruitment ; - You are at ease with different levels (
executive, operational, management level) ; - You speak
English (working language) and you are fluent in French or Dutch ; - You are an excellent communicator and strong team players.
