Vivid Resourcing is looking for driven graduates for our office in Niuew South Antwerp. We hire young people who have little to no experience in the workplace. We then train these people to become the best consultants in the world.

Vivid Resourcing is a Recruitment Consultancy with offices all over the world (UK, USA, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany).

Our Antwerp office was opened in the summer of 2022 and after a successful year, we decided to expand. We are looking for new employees there

What we offer you:

Awardwinning training provided by our inhouse Learning and Development team.
Our new graduates receive a competitive base annual salary of €31,500 to €33,500 plus an unlimited commission structure. Average income 1st year is approximately € 45, ,000 EUR (this is growing rapidly).
Ability to add another €3,000 to your salary once you've completed your probationary period.

General Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Business development; Acquiring and maintaining business customer relationships and seeking new opportunities in the market for business growth.
Organizing interviews, negotiating contracts and staying in touch with your network.
Market intelligence: Generate leads from interactions with industry professionals and stay uptodate on market developments.

Who are we looking for:

Recent graduates, at least HBO level (or international equivalent).
Hardworking and competitive.
Confident and sociable personality.
Motivated, ambitious and goaloriented.
Living in or in the process of moving to Antwerp.
Fluent English + either Dutch, Flemish or French.

You don't need any previous experience in consulting, recruitment or sales to be considered for this role. That's what makes our company unique. Everyone in our company is trained to become an excellent consultant over the course of a few months. This is a real, inexperienced entry-level position. You work with peers who have all been in your shoes at some point.
