    Description

    The primary role of this function is to provide support to the Head of HR in topics related to M&A and Integration processes.

    You Will:

  • Gathering personnel related data and providing data to different stakeholders
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding internal employee communications, HR guidelines, policies, and processes. This relates to inquiries coming out of most European countries.
  • Support in Organizational Integration after M&A
  • Support in harmonizing policies and benefits as well as Job Architecture implementation.
  • Work with the global Head of HR on typical strategic HRBP work
  • We are looking for an energetic and proactive person who enjoys working independently as well as with colleagues in the wider HR function. You will require an ability to collaborate with a variety of people both locally and globally as well as reliably manage and prioritize your workload during busy periods and as the company goes through some strategic changes. An inquisitive nature will be advantageous in this role as you will need to familiarize yourself with the company structure and strategy to best support your business areas.

    You Have:

  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and to manage stakeholder relationships
  • Organized, able to perform under pressure, assertive and flexible
  • Ability to work within a matrix organization
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to use MS Office effectively
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Previous Workday knowledge is desirable
